Question : I cannot find what I am looking for on your website. How can I obtain this item?

Answer : We add dozens of items to our website every week. However, it is possible that you may not find what you are looking for. Please contact us by email or telephone and it will be a pleasure to verify our inventory or contact a distributor in order to find what you are looking for.

 

Question : I am not comfortable giving my credit card number on the internet. How can I go forward with paying my order?

Answer : We use Paypal as a method of payment because it is the company with the highest security level for consumers. However, if you still have concerns, please take note of the items you are interested in and contact us in order to process your order the traditional way.

 

Question : How can i modify my order?

Answer : Orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified. Contact us and if this is not the case, we will assist you where possible to ensure your satisfaction.

 

Question : Where are your next exhibitions?

Answer : Even though we attend the same events regularly, our schedule is never definitive. Sometimes, situations that are out of our control demand that we add or remove event dates. In general, we have about 20 exhibitions per year. The best way to find out where we are and when is to contact us. We are always open to adding events to our schedule, so please do not hesitate to call.
